The Pepper Bistro ~ Indian Restaurant fit out Broughton
Dining area and kitchen fit out of The Pepper Bistro.
We recently completed the design and bistro fit-out of The Pepper Bistro. The bistro was on the site of an Italian restaurant and as such we wanted to make the space totally different from how it had been before. The bistro has a large open-plan dining space and we added partitions to create more, small intimate dining areas. We moved the bar area from the back left-hand section of the room into the middle to create a centrepiece for the bistro.
We introduced rich, luxurious reds, blues and gold throughout the interior. To define sections walls were either wallpapered or clad in wooden slats with light strips.
To make the original premises more practical for our client we removed the old pizza oven and refit the kitchen to suit their cooking. The bistro fit-out also included new prep areas and utility areas.
Deep blue ceilings with spotlights create an atmosphere where the focus is completely on the food. The whole décor was designed to create an elevated experience from start to finish.
The mosaic floor sections are not only visually stunning, but they bring excitement, colour and a separate area around the bar. All the features created for the bistro were to create a sense of space, luxury and contemporary chic. A happy, exciting and modern space to be enjoyed by everyone who visits it.
